Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Aproe iOS app (“Aproe” or “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Aproe provides

Aproe provides meal-planning tools, general meal suggestions, meal details, shopping-list organization, optional calorie estimates and an AI-assisted weekly planning request. Suggestions are organized on your device using app content and the preferences you select. Aproe does not provide a medical service or professional nutrition consultation, and it does not operate a user cloud account.

Not medical advice

Aproe, including its AI-assisted planning feature, is for general informational and lifestyle purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Nutrition estimates are approximate and can vary with ingredients, brands, portions and preparation methods. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of information in the app.

AI-assisted planning

AI-generated meal suggestions are created from the planning conditions you submit and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review every suggestion before using it. The AI feature is not a substitute for professional advice, and you should not enter sensitive health information into its planning fields.

Your use of the app

You are responsible for deciding whether a meal suggestion is suitable for you. Check ingredient labels and consider allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements and food safety. Do not rely on Aproe for medically necessary dietary restrictions. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or need a medically supervised diet, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue app features to maintain or improve Aproe. We aim to keep the app useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every suggestion will meet your individual needs.

Intellectual property

The app's name, design, text and other materials are owned by their respective rights holders or used with permission. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit app materials except as permitted by applicable law or with permission from the relevant rights holder.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, Aproe and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the app changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the app after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
